Help my seat ibiza has gone weird!!!

I seem to have developed a bizarre problem with my car.
When my brake pedal is pressed my left turn indicator will not work at all.
It works fine when brake pedal is not touched and the right side indicator works whether the brake pedal is pressed or not!!!
Does anyone know what would cause this to happen and how I should go about fixing it (don't want to go to auto electrician if I don't have to because they charge around £30-40 per hour round here!!
Coming soon............

I suspect there is an earthing issue with one of the light units. I would start with the back one as this is more integral. Take the bulb holder out and look at the connections, see if there is any moisture in the unit. it is less likely to be a front unit but not impossible.

Almost certainly an earthing issue. It shouldn't take an AE very long to sort.

Agreed, bad earth somewhere, £30/£40 an hour is not bad value at all, I would let the AE find the problem.

fix it yourself then, remove the rear light clusters, it usually is an earth fault, commonly corroded terminals are the rear light cluster.
    ...work permit granted!
  • lol at this

take all the rear bulbs out, inspect them, check for water ingress and replace
