Best rate for Foreign Currency cheque?

??? Help! I have received a personal cheque made out in Norwegian Kroner and I live in Spain! How do I get my cheque into my UK account or what should I do to get the best rate of interest - Im trying to get the best interest on this investment. Hope you can help!

    Try typing Currency Solutions into your address bar - I had to move sterling to euros last year and saved a small fortune compared to LloydsTSB's charge for moving it!
