my plumbing dh says dont need a pump with combi boiler, you could get a thermostatic mixer shower, eg mira excel . mains pipe would be ur best option if u go for an electric shower which he says is the best option because if ur boiler breaks down at least u can have a shower lol., and if you have a combi boiler, tank in loft should be disconeccted. hth. because i dont understand one bit of wot he said lol. xx:money: :A0

Surely one of the main points of a combi boiler is that you do not require a tank in the loft. Exactly what is the tank that has been mentioned, supplying.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
Precisely.Surely one of the main points of a combi boiler is that you do not require a tank in the loft
But there are two conversations going on at once on this thread concurrently. One concerning an installation with a combi boiler and the other without.Exactly what is the tank that has been mentioned, supplying.

I have both a shower off a combi which is cheaper to run and a electic as a back for when combi packs up.0
