Ipod question

My son has just bought an Ipod. He loaded some of his CD's onto it and then it just froze. (Having listened to the tracks several times) Any ideas, please.

Problem solved by a pal with same model, thanks.

    Hi Norman.

From memory, I think if you flick the hold switch back and forth a couple of times, and then press and hold the play / pause button, this should unfreeze. (If it's not the play, then it is one of the other function buttons on the click wheel). I had the same prob, and got this info from Apple CS.

    Good luck.....
