I came home and found that the Bully Boys had somehow entered my place of residence how I dont know and let a letter on my front door, asking me to contact them, the letter is dated 26/03/09.
Hold on a minute, are you saying they forced entry into your home?

Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

That member has a habit of upsetting newbies, if you're offended may I suggest you use the alert function to the left.

report.gif<= The one that looks like this
  • Actually, I am not in the habit of upsetting anyone. Except I do question things when I see certain things within posts that clearly don't make sense. Such as two threads, about car finance. One thread a car has been stolen, a CCJ issued same year, same time as the other one in the other thread. I think most would be asking questions round about now.

As for the police thing. Merely trying to get to the bottom of why, if the car was burnt out and a report was filed with the the police they were still being pursued for the balance. Again, not in the habit of causing trouble BTW just trying to get people to think a little more in order to solve a problem. Merely trying to get to the bottom of things. But when I see a few threads all about the same thing but giving different information which is contrary to things in the other(s) that is when I will question.

And I wasn't the person who asked on one of these threads why wait so long eg 5 years to bring this to someone's attention. When said and done I was merely following on from Lensman TBH. Given they were pasting another person's thread in one of these threads as if to indicate something. Or why do it.

So, if you wish to make me the bad guy here so be it. But, maybe you should read all of these threads first, then make your own minds up.

As to the OP. If you don't like me asking questions of you. Then I am afraid that more relevent authorities as the ones you say have been involved thus far will be asking far more probing questions of an impersonal nature. To get to the facts of the matter. Are they also going to be reported to upsetting you?

    you?

Have you actually read my posts ?? Clearly you havent. I had a car in 1999 burnt out the insurance paid out there was a GAP I was pursued for that GAP in those years. I didnt say they waited 5 years you presumed !. Also its ten years between the two incidents, can one not get another car on finance? I lived in Blackburn then, now I live in Birmingham and funny enough even managed to have two children and move on !. In 2004 (5 years after the first car) I bought another one (presume people can do that) and now I have issues with WF as by the looks of this forum do half the population. Stop being so cynical and lighten up a little people are on here for advice and whilst we all may not be as educated as you we attempt to get our point over in one way or the other - we are not all dodgy characters !:rotfl:
