changing utility providers

I have been obtaining quotes for changing gas elec providers and noticed that if i give all details to u switch on their site they give me a savings figure of £529:56 if i give same details through this site for the free case of wine they claim my savings will be £480:56 which is £49 less this being the cost of the wine.Oh well the thought of free wine was good for a short while:beer:

The supplier will charge you the same rates & provide the same discounts etc whether you switch with uSwitch and get the free booze, switch with uSwitch and don't get the free booze, switch with any other switching site (with or without cashback), or switch direct with the supplier themselves.

So it doesn't matter how you switch, you'll end up paying the supplier the same price. All you have to decide is whether you want free booze or cash from a switching site or not.

I think you've probably made a mistake.
What data did you use to get the alleged anomaly?
