Ipod win from last Aug arrived - thank you RCB

Last year I won an ipod from this post http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1099809&highlight=Ipod+%2B+Red+Dragon+%2B+Facebook and they promised to send it out to me. Over the following months I sent them e-mails but heard nothing. I nearly gave up but I was reading a thread on here where someone had not received a prize and the recommendations. I then sent another e-mail three weeks or so ago letting them know that I had been advised to talk to the Institute of Sales Promotions about the matter if it was not resolved soon. Within two days I had an e-mail apologising, saying that it had been sent and they would follow up with the PO and that they had not received any of my previous e-mails. They asked me to resend my address. And today I finally received my ipod shuffle. I am so glad I persevered with this.
