If anybody likes historic aircraft this is a good charity to join the vulcan to the sky it maintains the last airworthy avro vulcan bomber at bruntingthorpe airfield in Leicestershire

Already a member and friend as couldn't bare to see this majestic aircraft reduced to scrap.

shame it won't be flying at any airshows this year.

I think it was a mis read of the website:

"XH558's first public display appearance is proposed to be at the RAF Cosford airshow on 14th June.

Unfortunately, as the result VTST has to announce with much regret that XH558 will not be appearing at any of the earlier airshows this year,"

oops misread the notice on the website, thanks Moonrakerz. good as I couldn't attend anything last year. :j
