Problem with condenser dryer.

Our condenser dryer keeps tripping the fuse box when we switch it onto the high setting.
Its a Zanussi TC470 condenser dryer.
I took the motor out to check if the bushes needed replacing...couldnt find any bushes on it
On previous occasions, we have removed the 'heat shrink' and dryed it off, emptied the water bottle completely and then it would work for a while.
This time , that method didnt work at all.
I noticed however that it would work if I pushed the dryer onto its front and allow a little water to trickle out of the front.....from where...I dont know This is without the 'heat shrink' and water bottle.
I've managed to get the dryer working this way.
