Cruise for 84 year old

After a dissapointing holiday last year My Mother wishes me to take her on a cruise. Her health isn't brilliant and needs a walking aid to walk any distance, but she refuses a wheelchair and would need some help in getting into pools unless they were specifically designed for the disabled. She only likes warm weather. (I am 48)
My best guess is to arrange a cruise from Liverpool (the nearest port by far) rather than flying anywhere. Can anyone suggest any ship or cruise suitable or an alternative?
The best I can find is this in April or August but need to check on if it would be suitable or available. Any ideas?

From Liverpool you're limited to Fred Olsen by the looks of it. Some more dates http://www.fredolsencruises.com/plan-cruise/by-port/english/liverpool0

I eventually booked the cruise through this site. They found a much cheaper deal than the other travel agents or going through Fred Olsen direct, and very helpful. Now for the insurance to arrange!

Actually my Mother is 85 with 4 medical conditions and I managed to obtain a single trip policy for both of us over a 15 day cruise for £45 from http://www.ehicplus.com/ this includes cancellation fees and a host of other things. Shows how much profit the other companies make!
I think there is another thread for older person travel insurance but cannot find it at present.0
