simply delicious recipe cards?

hi everyone, a friend of mine used to collect these simply delicious recipe cards that you put in a binder. does anyone still have them? she used to make the Moist Chocolate Cake for all her kids birthdays. unfortunately the card has been lost and we cant find them anywhere. if anyone has them and would be willing to post the recipe on here we'd be very grateful.

    It looks as if they can be purchased here. The cold dessert set is £5.10 for the short set or an extra £1.50 for the long set.

    Alternatively take a look here for a recipe for moist chocolate cake.

    I was given these today as my gran was throwing them out ,i decided to search the cards online and saw this post on a google search,i know this was a while ago but u never know you still mite want the recipe.

    FOR 8 SERVINGS
    :225g (8oz) butter
    :225g (8oz) caster sugar
    :6 eggs ,separated
    :225g (8oz) plain chocolate,melted
    :150g(5oz) ground almonds
    :150g (5oz) plain flour
    FILLING AND TOPPING
    :300ML (halfpint) double cream
    :300g(10)oz plain chocolate
    :25g(1oz) butter
    :25g(1oz)toasted flaked almonds

    PREPARATION
    1. Preheat oven 180C/350f/gas 4,Beat butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.Add egg yolks and beat well.Stir in melted chocolate.Using a metal spoon,fold in ground almonds and flour.

    2.Whisk egg whites until stiff.Fold into cake mixture.Spoon into a lightly oiled 23cm(9inch) loose bottomed cake tin.

    3.Bake for 40-45 mins ot until firm to touch.Allow to cool in tin before turning out.Using a sharp knife,cut cake in half.Whip cream until it forms soft peaks.Spread over bottom half of cake and replace top half.

    4.To make topping,melt chocolate and butter in a small pan.Stir well and leave to cool slightly.

    5. Spread mixture over top and sides of cake and chill for 1 hour.Decorate with toasted almonds and serve
