Who's prepared to put their neck on the line, and predict when interest rates are going to rise again to above, say, 4%?
Be bold people!

I would be getting my mortgage onto at least a five year fixed by July this year.0 -

Given that I'm about to swap my 4.74% fixed rate mortgage for a .89% above base tracker and given my history of abysmal mortgage choices I suspect it will soon increase to near 4%
I am keeping a 5.35% fix so it probably won't hit 4.5% soon.
Given that - I suspect July, Aug this year.
But I think mid next year.0 -
About a month after they rise above 3.5%
Funny enough I see there's another March 2011, I should change it to be different I suppose, but I'm not.Hope for the best.....Plan for the worst!
