Garage floor !

Hi,
i am having my garage conversion converted back into a garage. i have noticed that the previous owners filled the garage floor with cement to bring up level with the house instead of using a stud type floor.
my question is : do i have to dig up the concrete floor so the garage floor is lower than the house even though there is not a door/opening into the garage.
i know when it is linked to the house via a door/ the floor has to be around 100mm lower than the house floor.
many thnaks

The raised floor may not be strong enough to support the high point loads of a car and this may affect the walls or weaker points when a car is driven on it.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
