Do Primus charge a 4p connection fee for all calls?

Hi, Primus's website (rates page) mentions a 4p minimum call charge. Assuming this is correct, unless its to save dialling the prefix I can't see the advantage in using them as opposed to using 18185 for all calls (18185 also have a 4p connection fee and free landline calls).

Quote from Primus website "A £0.07 minimum call charge is applied for calls to UK mobiles. For all other calls there is a minimum call charge of £0.04."

Have I missed something? any help much appreciated.

They only charge 4p minimum call charge for calls outside of your tariff plan.

look at section 4,

So if you took the free evening and weekend call tariff to 01/02 numbers a minimum call charge would not apply to these calls.

Yes, but understand that with Primus you get time allowed for the minimum charges of 4p and 7p, but with 1886/1815/1899 you get connected, but you get no time allowed for the connection charge, except of course to Uk landlines starting 01 or 02.
