I find the best way to contact pigsback is via phone not email as they hardly ever reply. So far I have had all my probs sorted out by phone here is the number 0207 170 4010. The number is also on the 1st page of this thread. so please don't give me the credit for it as I only found it from the 1st post and saved it.

I ordered books and a dvd from Amazon and went through PB, I got points for the book bit so it seemed logical. I'm pretty sure it does say in the t&cs that you must send the order confirmation to them - I did and all was smooth.

Recently put an order into Marks and Spencer through Pigsback to earn points. Have just gone to site to put through another order and it's disappeared.

As a relatively new member of Pigsback can anyone tell me whether the 'Shop and Earn' tend to come and go quickly, or has M&S been there a long time?
