No, I haven't paid anything. I downloaded 2 audiobooks. And Iam thinking to cancel today or tomorrow as I am not very happy with their service.

Funny you should mention that; I haven't had mine, nor has my DH.

I've emailed PB who they said they've got no record of me doing it :mad:, or that I might have registered with TT but not signed up to their newsletter.

I KNOW I signed up because when I tried doing it again, it wouldn't let me! :rolleyes:

I'm not having a good day today anyway and this is not helping. I can't believe I have to quibble over 50 points, and I can't believe this is 3 out of 3 recent newsletter subscriptions with PB that I have had problems with. :mad: :mad: :mad:

I just cancelled my Audible membership (I haven't received PiggyPoints despite sending them four e-mails), and actually the Audible guy was quite nice. The cancellation process took 2 seconds, and he said that anytime you want to download a book which costs over £10 you can just sign up for the 1-month plan which is under £10, and then cancel immediately having downloaded the book!

Just got an reply from Piggy Control regards an email I'd sent them about BingoLoopy points

Apparently these points are being credited today, so should appear in people's accounts tomorrow
