    Thanks. I may also try the library for old basic recipes.

    Does anybody have any ideas for my daughter's lunch box. Currently she has; either crackers or a sandwich with cheese or ham. Raisans. Grapes or an apple. A small yogurt. Either a small choc bar or 2 buscuits.

    She will not eat raw veg so I can't include carrots etc. I want to make it healthy and cheap. Is there an alternative to the yogurt?

    I don't have a slowcooker at the moment but I do have loads of spices/herbs. I have a whole shelf full of them in my cupboard. I'm trying to figure out ways to use them by looking at the various recipes on this board :)
