    i think a DFW meet in Italy or France is a good idea!!!!! :D

    In other news (and apologies in advance to those having to work for this) I have lost 4lb in the last couple of weeks without trying:j - there are apparently benefits to having a hungry child... Another couple of weeks and I can do more than stretching or pelvic floor exercises:j :j :j

    And I am sooooooooooooooo loving the Biggest loser even though I am about 4 years behind...

    Well my friend manages a hotel right in central London so we are getting a great deal there and we have booked tickets to see Joseph with Gareth Gates.

    The boys said that all the shows looked, well I cant really say what they said but I managed to convince them that Joseph was good

    I also want to do some free museums like the Natural History and Science ones.

    apart from that just having a pootle about:D We go next Sunday for 3 nights:j
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
