BB have you got a jumper or coat in your luggage that you can tie around your waist or put over shoulders?
nope - not taking a coat or any jumpers. I've packed
4 pairs trousers
4 tunic (day) tops
4 skirts
4 evening tops
underwear
toiletries
case weighs 4.5kg.
I'm at 14.6kg now so that should be ok.

awwww poor you bookie!!
but impressed with your pics!
Hey i meant to tell you Brown Owl! Erin got her swimmer and advanced swimmer badges approved. She also got her craft badge as well, she took some of the stuff she's made her her weekend craft club along as evidence, finished one of them off there and then et voila!
She's feeling very Brownie-tastic at the moment!

Hope you have fun, BB, wish I was going.
One of my housemates has given me a lecture on the financial mess I am in, seems another person has joined the 'you shouldn't have walked out of Primark' camp. I don't mind that so much, what got to me was when he said that you have to change your spending habits when you do have money. I've never considered myself to be the type of person who wastes money on carp when I have it. So I asked what he meant, he said it really annoyed him when I got my shopping delivered and spent 4 quid on delivery charges coz I could have used it for something else. I told him that I've done that 3 times when I could afford it, 12 quid is not going to have saved me, I also said that when I have money again, if I can afford it, I will order in again. He says I haven't learned anything then. I dunno, it just seems like he's telling me to live like I'm expecting a finacial disaster around every corner. I don't want to live like that. If and when I get into a comfortable position, I want to enjoy it, not be stupid and splash out, but be able to spend money and not think 'Oh my god, I should keep this money in case the world ends'.
