Water leaking through grouting

Hi all,
I have a question about a recurring problem I can not seem to fix.
Recently a retiled my parent’s bathroom and fitting a power shower. I tilled like I normally do, that is to say I filled the tube to the brim with water before tiling to make room for any downward movement.
However a couple of weeks afterward I noticed that the area around the power-shower began to leak. I identify that the grout between the tiles were forming micro cracks and water was some how managing to seep through.
I removed the tiles and re-tiled (and grouted) which solved the problem for about 2 months however have noticed the cracks had begun to appear again. So far no water has leaked, however it will do and thus I need to fix this problem once and for all.
The tiles I have purchased are from B&Q and for some reason discolour when the back is wet, only returning to normality once the back is dry.
Although unusual, I don’t think the tiles are the problem, but rather the grout.
Has anyone else had similar problems or could any off you MSE’s offer me some advice??
He Man.

Is the power shower fitting vibrating when in use? This would crack grout. Personally I'd silicone seal around the fitting rather than use grout. If you're grouting, you have to be absolutely certain that the fitting is completely rigidly attached to the wall and doesn't move in operation, which is pretty unlikely if pumping water through it0
