argos sofa

i purchased an argos corner suite from a friend 4 months ago as it was too big for their property at the time... i knew that it wasnt that old as i checked the manufacture dates on it..... said friend could not find the receipt for it. i wondered if i have any manufacture guarantee on the sofa as its not all that good i.e arms on chair have sunken in where the wood has moved........the sifa has not been abused at all its just crap! any info would be apreciated thanks

Would be difficult enough without proof of purchase, the fact that it has changed hands wont help. You can but only enquirer with the manufacturer.
