Hi everyone
I was hoping for some advice please.
My fiance & I are FTB's & we have finally found a house we both like (Thank god!!)
It is on rightmove for £149950 it was originally on for £159950. It is lovely & a lot of work has been done on it (facias etc.) It is in a great area. The current owners bought it in 2004 for £135950.
We can only afford up to £146000.What do you think is a reasonable offer?
many thanks
jo
