New Credit Card Help.

Hi,

When I had to re-new my car insurance I took out a credit card with my Halifax branch, this was 0% for 10 months, but its coming to an end and i still have some on my credit card, plus my car insurance is up for re-newal.

I was just wondering which credit card(s) are best to go for? I would be transfering over and also making a '1 off payment', once I put my car insurance on it I will not be using the credit card again, only be paying it off so I don't want one with 0% on purchases.

Can anyone Help?

I think your asking alot as you don't want a 0% for purchases but want to make a 1 off payment!
A like of balance may be what you need but it all depends on how much and quickly you can pay the card off.
Try Intelligent Finance or Lloyds TSB for the LOB cards.

The payment can be made with the old card just before its balance is transferred to a new card.
