I previously purchsed goods via Skinstore.co.uk however they are now US based only (Skinstore.com) and ship directly from US. Although they have emailed all existing customers advising them there is no change and they will ship from the US I'm really wary of customs charges having been caught out before in a big way. Given that the moisturiser I used to buy is £75 and I ordered 2 jars a time there is no way I want to pay the extra on that.
Has anyone any experience of using them since they changed from UK based to US based?
