MBNA.account in dispute but still sold to DCA, WHAT NEXT?

    Don't phone them.

    Just wait and see if they make any further demands/threats in writing. If they do, then report them.


    I know these posts are a little old now- but if anyone reads and has a minute...

    I wrote to MBNA requesting CCA's in April, sent a chasing letter advising them the accounts are now in dispute, and they then sent me SAR information which is not what I'd asked for.

    I got a letter stating they do not consider the accounts as in dispute- and that they would send the CCA's under separate cover- and of course they have not arrived.

    These are three very old agreements taken out in the 90's, but I've no idea what to do next. Has anyone had experience of this please?
    now debt free and determined to maintain good spending habits and build savings
