Can anyone advise on colours? was rather taken aback when i saw the page with loads and loads on and dont know where to start! i have pale skin, freckles..not sure if yellow or pink toned..any good reccomendations please..thanks

Probably a good idea for you to send off for the trial pack so you can try them out and see which one is best. I would say if you've got really pale skin go for the Golden Fair, Fair - Neutral and the Sandy Fair.

I've got red hair and very fair skin with a few freckles. Personally, the best one for me is the Golden Fair as it adds just a little bit of warmth.
If I have been of any assistance, or my information is useful, please press the "Thanks" button :)
  • A big thank you to the OP for this. I've received two sample kits now (a couple of other samples *may* have sneaked into my basket too ;)) and I'm really pleased with the make-up. I've been a fan of mineral make-up for a few years now but my current brand I have to mix two colours of foundation, which is a pain, so I was on the look-out for a cheaper option anyway.

Did anyone else have their order stopped by customs and if so did they contact you?

    Thanks

No but my orders were only small (about £6 each including P&P). I think the customs limit is about £17? If your order is stopped by customs you should get a card through your door telling you that there's a charge to pay when you collect the parcel.

 I'm really disappointed with this company, my samples have not arrived its been over 4 weeks, so I raised a dispute with Paypal which cancelled my order but no refund was processed, escalated to a claim and the company have not even responded! In 2 days Paypal will probably settle my claim automatically as there has been no response. Looks like I wont get to try this make up!
My order took 5 weeks and 2 days to arrive so worth waiting for. :TI had just about given up when they arrived. I mixed all the foundation samples together and put them into the No 7 brush ( which was empty) and that is great and not so messy as just using a normal mineral powder brush.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
My parcel arrived yesterday :j- took just over a week- and the label said value of contents were £1. Wonder what they would put on a larger order?

Anyway, the colours are lovely, and the makeup is so much better than the Loreal I tried. Tempted to order a few more to test, then make a decision for a larger order.

They have a new website being launched sometime soon - not sure of the exact date, but sometime between now and July (there's a forum section on the website with lots and lots of info about EM happenings it seems, but it gets so many people talking on it I find it hard to keep up lol - but got the info from there :). Hopefully it will be easier to use :)
