npower sol 14
Hi all,
I am currently with npower and paying 100 quid a month on a standard dual tariff.
I have run their online quote for sol 14 and the DD would come down to 80 a month, so quite some saving.
Is this too good to be true?
I was also wondering if you can apply for this account as an existing customer on the phone rather than online. The form is complicated asking for two separate account nos for the gas and electrics. I habve three account numbers with npower, one shown at the top right hand corner of the bill and then a separate one for the gas and another for the elctrics all shown on the same bill......
Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.
thks

It's 'sort of' too good to be true in the sense that £105 of the saving would only be paid to you once you had been paying that tariff for 12 months. If you left before the 12 months were up you would forgo that £105 'discount'...Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
The sol tarrif is npowers cheaper tariff generally available for new customers who sign on the internet and pay by DD.
Their customer service advisors arent allowed to promote this to existing customers but if u ask for it then they will change you from standard to sol14, make sure you give them a read though & check it when ur next bill comes thru!
Hope this helps?!0
