Dont get mixed up with this company and martins moneysavingexpert.com i have
I recently ring this company thinking it was this one every thing sounded good, they asked for £100 to go ahead with the iva.
THey sent the documents out on reading the small print i noticed i was giving them £83 pounds per payment of £200.
I phoned the sameday saying i dont wish to go ahead with the iva, they are denying all knowledge of this stating i ring on the 4th march and that is out of the 7 day signing up period. i have already told them i have never signed any paper work or sent any paper work back.
i now have to wait while they check phone records to see if i did ring.
any idea what i can do?

surely you can check your call records quicker than they can check theirs to prove when you called them to cancel the agreement

More to the point - did you ever return a signed agreement to them? And did your creditors accept the IVA?DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
