budget planner

can anyone help? i am trying to print a copy of the budget planner to post to a friend without internet access, but i am unable to get more than the current view on the screen.

    What are you using? Excel?
  • if your using Excel (or another spreadsheet) you need to print each sheet separately or group the sheets. To group sheets, press control and click on each sheet tab (at the bottom of the screen) until they are all highlighted, then press print. You can ungroup the sheets afterwards by right clicking on sheet and selecting ungroup
