NECIL handyman service

hi
probably a long shot, but i have just been informed of the handyman service - called social welfare, care and repair (based in teesside) As i have only recently moved into my house, there are a few jobs that i cant manage - eg. putting light fittings up, shelves (:o - i have tried but i nearly managed to get the whole wall to fall down!) and putting flat packs together.
Does anyone know of the services they provide, as i cant telephone them until Friday, and their website just has a general list.
Not sure how much the service costs- ie. would it be about the same as getting a general handyman in?
Anyone used them before?
