Postponing driving test for injury?

My DD has her practical driving test on Friday.

BUT on Saturday last she hurt her hand. She was helping load something heavy into a van & got her hand stuck & scraped.

Its not much better & she is going to the NHS walk in clinic in the local hospital.

I've just looked online & it says you must give three working days notice.

If she were to get a medical note from the hospital (if its broken or is still really bad) would they postpone without her loosing her fee?

Shes on her way now to the hospital, so I wondered if she needed to ask for some sort of injury note while there?

Fingers crossed (no pun intended) she will be ok for Friday, but its early Friday morning & she still can't bend two of her fingers:eek:
