I don't expect to spend anything today, first no spend day of the week! As a bonus, I also got through £95.34 from Quidco, which is always a bonus.
That's it for the update, was going to have a wander round town at lunch for a browse, but the heavens have just opened so I might well give that a miss.
I've got a couple of job applications to continue tonight and need to book my psychometric test for my interview next Thursday. Things are looking up...Personal ISA Contributions Challenge - current £0 (as at 1 April 2014) / target £15,000 (deadline 31 Mar 2015)0 -

2nd no spend day this week, even though its payday !
Lunch & breakfast at work & a free talk by a visiting horticuluralist tonight, at the bowls club for allotment holders.Who says i dont know how to live on the wild side.
On the less good side my MOT ran out yesterday & OH is trying to get someone to do it for me today, which might not be nice.

Well its been a manic few days of spending, but nearly all budgeted for! I moved house at the weekend into my own rented studio flat, so had to get all the bits for it etc, do a massive food shop etc.
On the plus side I am coping without my parents (ha, they said I never would!), have got £15 sitting in my paypal account from ebay, got a cheque from a water company for money I was owed and am going for a non spend day today!!!0 -
I'm at home poorly - the lurgy finally took hold and I've been alternating naps on the sofa with peeking at MSE, so although ill, a no spend day for me and I won't use any petrol today either. Almost worth feeling grotty! lol
Hope you get well soon Pixie xxIts nice to be important but more important to be nice!0 -
Just spent £63 in sainsbury's but it would have been £74 if I hadn't bought so many BOGOF's.
got to post 2 ebay parcels later,but that's all.0 -

Ive spent 4.81 on some bits of food for the office pint of milk etc, and 14 B&H ( NOT 20!!) Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Well did spend a bit today unfortunately! Needed some things from Boots, but used my advantage points to pay for them and still got over £16 worth of points on there!
Then bought a Radio Times (95p) and then spent some money in Holland & Barrett in some much needed healthy tablets, so that was £5.77 gone. However, on the plus side, I got a new mobile phone yesterady for free, plus half price line rental for 6 months, plus I traded in my old phone today which means my new account will be credited with £50!
So £6.72 in total, but with a silver lining!
Sorry, I know this is off thread as it were, but could I just ask someone please: How do I get a picture on the lefthand side under my name and also how to add information at the bottom of my messages, inc. details of the £2 Savers Club and lightbulb moments, etc! Thanks!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsDFW Long Hauler #109
