Smoothie makers?

Anyone know of any special offers on smoothie makers/blenders anywhere. Was hoping one of the catalogue groups were going to offer one as a free gift but doesn't look like it's going to happen so I guess I'm going to have to actually BUY (gasp) one.

It has a 600w motor and 1.5L capacity. The slow start function is good and it also chops nuts. I'm really happy with it.

A tip on cleaning. Quarter fill with lukewarm water, add a teeny amount of washing up liquid and switch on. Then rinse with water.

Not quite the same but if anyone is looking at one the Kenwood frothy maker is one of the best things I've ever bought! It was about £25 and is basically a kettle with a mixer in it but it makes cracking lattes and Horlicks is just like they used to make in the old market (pre- Galleries) cafe in Wigan (where the fruit and veg bit met the main market) if you remember that Tee pee?
