Praise-Smellies-How to Buy Them?

Just wanted to award some "sunshine points". Being housebound/disabled I don't have the ability to browse the perfume counters for new stuff and rely on my memory of what stuff smells like when (of necessity) I buy on line. I e-mailed the company I bought from for Christmas presents and asked if they had a "try before you buy" service? They didn't but subsequent to e-mails backwards and forwards between me and their (charming) MD, they are launching this service in the next 14 days. I hope this will help everyone who, for whatever reason, can't get to the big stores. So a big "thank you" to Gregory Long MD of Cut Price Fragrance:T

Aren't companies supposed to put their company registration number on their site,by law?
This site Does look..very..er new..
And they have a link to Moneysaving expert, even though mArtin doesn't give them a mention....

You may be an "expert" on this site, but I'm not and posted my message in good faith for disabled people like me. I think your "naughty naughty" comment is offensive and unwarrented. A polite guidance note for future reference would have been sufficient.0 -
Looks very expensive....so no idea how they can claim to be cut price fragrances....example Lulu Guiness 50ml £28.99.....£9.99 at Direct Cosmetics.....
Think I'll steer well clear thanks....'' A man who defends himself, has a fool for a client''0 -
How will this try before you buy work? It is a good idea for those who can't get out but I think if it involves sending samples on request then it will soon become abused by some people.0

I don't claim to be an expert,I am just a poster like everyone else.
I just noticed that your mentioning them seemed to coincidence with an advertised sale.
Perhaps my naught naughty comment should be directed at them.
Don't you think a company who uses mse to get some respectability is a bit sus?
I hope others manage to get samples to try-is their telephone number
being answered?
Anyone who gets them will be grateful, but the site doesn't look very professional, but I am no expert.
The only link to them on companies house is a company that offers gardening services.0 -
