Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on employing a sales person. We sell beer and wine etc into local pubs and clubs, and in recent months my business partner has left and moved to Oz.Thing is i mostly did the selling not that i was great at it just the best one out of the three partners, i really don't enjoy it, i prefer to do the buying and logistics. Anyway plan is to get a sales rep in, anyone had any experiance. What kind of basics/commission do people feel is acceptable?
Any thoughts would be most appreciated
Thanks
