PS2 USB Drive - Is This NTSC Compatible?

I am selling one of these on Ebay and someone from the US has emailed me a question asking if it is NTSC compatible. I don't even own a PS2 so I wouldn't have a scooby.
My guess would be it doesn't matter because it is only a hard drive and not a game. Also the above website sells them in dollars and GBP so I'm thinking it would say if it wasn't compatible with a certain country's system.
Hope someone can help!

I think you are correct. NTSC is the television system in USA and wouldn't have any bearing on a USB drive.0

I would be tempted to say that the question comes from ignorance -- or is a wind-up!
