I'm not sure if this should be in this section or the DLA section, but here goes.

I am currently in receiot of Disability Living allowance and I hve split up with my wife and I am currently residing in with my parents (oh the joy) I want to get my own place but can't afford tobuy, so im left to rent, only problem being is to find a company or person that will accept housing benefit.

Anyone have any advice as to where i go from here ?

as your on disability, most landlords and letting agents will be happy to take you if you get LHA, when they advertise for no DSS they usually mean they dont want the long term unemployed. im sure if you explain your situation then people will be willing to help.
failing that your local council will have a department that specialises in private lets, they have lists of landlords that are happy to take people on in your situation.
    hope this helps
