If they have any sense, they will test any returns and soon discover whether the issue is a manufacturing problem, which is covered by their warranty, or 'user error', which is not.0 -
If the original RAM is fine (Hasnt been 'toasted') but doesnt work then id guess youve fried the RAM slots:idea:0
