Alternative Student Accomodation Funds to Brandeaux

Hello Forum,
I am an existing (3years) investor in Brandeaux Student Accomodation/Ground Rents, and whilst I have been happy with their performance, the recent suspension underlined the old addage of not putting your eggs in one basket.
I think the concept of student accomodation based funds is sound, and therefore I am looking at any others with a similar proven track record I could diversify into.
I would appreciate any suggestions from the forum of any alternatives.
