Hi there,
This is a very stupid question...but we have just moved house, very used to using my Kirby Vacuum Cleaner, but we now have one of those small vacuum cleaners with the little 'face' on the front, not sure what they are called, but I think it says 'Henry' on teh side (they normally come in green, blue, red and Yellow)
Anyone know how you should be cleaning them, do you clean the inside bag or replace it? ours is quite filthy, doesnt suck at all anymore and seems to be so full of dust, I'm be scared to open it up!!
thanks

Is there a paper bag inside? If so, it sounds like it needs replacing. You can feel if it's full or not. If it's not full then you may have a blockage in the hose, which is unlikely as it is quite large!
I believe it is possible to use a Henry without a bag, which would mean the whole body would fill with dust (there is a large round filter). I would imagine it would be horrible to empty and clean! The filter isn't washable either. If your Henry has been used without a bag, you need to empty the contents (do it outside!), wipe out the insides and bang as much dust as possible out of the filter.
Henry bags are relatively cheap and bigger than most other brands."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0 -

Does anyone know where you can get the power brush accessory for Henry and how much it is?
We have a cat and I think the power brush head might be a big help with the hairs on the carpet.0
