Shl Test

Can someone please advise me on how these test work. I have one to
do for a graduate position and my understanding is that your are given 30 questions(numeric or verbal) with only 20 mins to do them.
I was wondering if you can just guess the answer if your running low on time.
Do you get marked down for wrong answer?

I have done loads of these and mostly been able to complete them with in the time frame, though i think it best to stop where you get to rather than guessing the last few.

They do them at all different levels i did some really hard ones for the Air traffic service, (passed them but failed the medical). you can go onto the SHL web site i think and do some simple samples
