Terms and Conditions
1. Open to all UK, CI and IoM residents aged 17 or more at the time of entry
except employees and their immediate families of the Energy Saving Trust, their
agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk or 3rd party
entries will not be accepted.
2. Closing date for entries is 30/06/09.
3. Only one entry per person per day.
4. To enter, either fill in the entry form at one of our events and post it in the
ballot box, or hand it to a member of the eco-driving team. Alternatively visit
www.ecodrivescotland.com and enter via the applicable page.
5. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision within 28
days of the closing date. The winners will be contacted by email or post within 7
days of that date. The prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of notification.
6. Prizes: There are 15 Garmin Nüvi 255 Satellite Navigation Systems, preloaded
with ecoRoute software to be won.
7. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of
circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide
alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value.
8. No responsibility will be taken for delayed, lost or non-transmitted entries.
9. Winner’s name and county will be made available by sending a SAE to The
Energy Saving Trust, 3rd Floor, Ocean Point 1, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh,
EH6 6JH .
10. The promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the promotion.

I haven't Walwin but I will do (that's if I can overcome the incredible lag of of the Intranet that I'm currently on).

Hope these Sat Nav's won't take the winners nearly over a cliff like the one that's in the news today!

Garmin are one of the only SatNav makers to support their products indefinatly. Though it does cost £79 per map update.
