Anyone out there had any dealings with American company 3B Software
Recently purchased a piece of software from them, as recommended by Ashampoo, called Registry Repair Pro, but when got my Credit Card bill in, found had been charged for 3 other pieces of software.
No amount of e-mails to them or Ashampoo has had any response other than automated replies saying they will deal with my question.
Has been going on now since beginning of February

I wouldn't bother chasing them any further, get onto your credit card and have the transactions disputed.They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0
