Mortgage PPI Query

I have a mortgage protection policy and am being made redundant next month.

In order to save money, a few months ago, I moved in with my partner and am now currently renting my flat out in order to pay the mortgage. I don't make any profit on the rental income, it just covers my mortgage payments.

What I am wondering is.... would I still be able to claim on my PPI for my mortgage payments, if I am letting my property out??

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
