    I wish him luck Sparkle,

I think the reason they will not accept his valuation is that the surveyor most likely works for Colley's who have an association with the Halifax Bank Of Scotland group, as does the Birmingham Midshires. As such they may not class his opinion as impartial.

Incidentally Sparkle, you have a long list of debt on store cards there, have you looked into a card with 0% on balance transfers for 6 months or something? It will save you a small fortune!
A bargain is only a bargain if you would have brought it anyway!

Well the customer services at housing association said i will need two, but my broker insisted he spoke to a manager, so someone is going to call him back hopefully with some answers!

I look after existing mortgage customers (not BM but as Andy said probably same valuers)- they come to me and sometimes want to buy the additional tranche/share and already have mortgage with lender for smaller share

From that they have had to have two valuations - one from housing assoication and one from mortgage lender

but maybe wait out for your broker

    Good Luck

Usually they fall over themselves to lend people with bad debt more money. Think about it, a bad debtor is likely to be in debt with them for longer.

Trust me apply to a few (one at a time) i am SURE you will get one give you a card and accept the balance transfers at 0%.... Well if you apply and they refuse, what have you lost? But you could save a small fortune.
