Boiler pressure problems

Hi,
my water pressure keeps going down on my baxi boiler, was fitted a year ago but i have since had new shower, bath and towel radiator fitted.
How can i find out the cause?
It first lost pressure when my pipe had frozen in the winter and i was running the tap as did not realize and must have drained the water out.
My dad topped it up but over the space of a couple a month it is back in the red, almost empty.
Is it possible that when you fill the water back up that the pressure goes up then once your heating has filled up and come on that you need to top it up a little more (if that makes sense)
Also, is it dangerous to be using the boiler when the pressure is so low.
Any advise greatly appreciated.
PS Is Baxi Condenser Boiler

A) leak
leaking blow off valve to outside
C)faulty expansion vessel
No it isnt dangerous. The boiler will just cutout if the pressure goes to low
It needs fixing though.0
