    scomjak No the RPI has increased by 5% more than the value of previous year. In the year that you site you will get 6% added to the value of your certs. This year if the RPI in February was, say 0%, you would only get 1% added to the value of your certs which have already had the 6% added.
    Take no notice of the weekly/monthly figures. The only one that counts is the % increase for the year in the anniversary month.
