Safest and most controlable way for a non techie is to bleed a radiator slowly as if you were letting out the air?

Dont forget though that with heat water expands so dont over fill, 1 bar on the dial is usually sufficient, and dont forget to turn of the filling loop!

My SIL had the ideal boiler from warm front and in the three years I've known her, she's had a breakdown every year! She's now replacing it at her own expense
You'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel
