One of the few references I can find to them on here is that they recently sent out a debt letter for £00.00?

    Yes, I remember that one!

I think we may be starting to see a history of (a) incompetence and/or (b) scattergun debt collection, i.e. find a few people whose names resemble the debtor and fire off a letter to them.

Either way, I am thinking their local Trading Standards should be paying them a visit. According to the Cornwall Council website, you go through Consumer Direct in the first instance.

Let's hope their entry into the field of debt collection is short and unpleasant.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

Not sure what help you want if you've already paid it.
