No Relpy From Ib50 Form

My Money Was Stopped In December 2008 As They Said I Didnt Attend A Medical After I Didnt Fill Out My Ib50 Form Well Enough.in Feb I Was Told On The Phone That I Would Get A Letter Telling Me To Attend A Medical But Ireceived A New Ib50 Form Which I Filled Out In Detail.that Was On The 16th Of Feb And Since Then I Aint Heard Anything Back And Everytime I Call They Say They Have Recieved My Ib50 And That I Will Receive A Letter In The Post Soon,am Still Waiting And Getting Myself Into More Debt In The Mean Time Whilst Am Waiting On A Reply,i Filled Out The Form In Detail Explaining All My Mental Health Issues And That Am Seeing A Psycologist As Well As My Gp Every Few Weeks.does Anyone Know What The Hold Up Is Or What Might Be The Problem.what Should My Next Step Be.

I sent my IB50 back in mid January and got my letter back last week saying that i don't need to have a medical as i fall into an exempt group. It did not say when i have to do another form but i reackon i should be ok for a year at least.

I would wait another couple of weeks before ringing them again.
